Move to VS integrated code analysis.

Currently, static code analysis on the Simple Injector code base is done using the stand-alone FxCop tool. With never version of Visual Studio (such as the community edition of VS2013) static code analysis is integrated into Visual Studio.

Since code analysis is now included in VS, we should allow it to be used. This saves developers from having to install and run the stand-alone tool.

This integrated version however doesn't read the simpleinjector.fxcop file, which holds a list of excluded rules. So we need to configure this for the solution and the individual projects.
