Change from .NET nested type separator (+) to the C# separator (.)

Simple Injector throws exceptions containing 'friendly' class names as they would be written in C#, but it uses the + character for displaying nested types. The + operator is how the CLR displays types, while C# uses the dot character. Simple Injector should switch to dot as well, so this:
List<T>+Enumerator
will become
List<T>.Enumerator
