Simple Injector 2.0 allows running diagnostics on the container's configuration. The diagnostic results can be viewed in the Visual Studio debugger. To view them, you can do the following:
  • Add a call to container.Verify() as last line in your DI configuration.
  • Set a debugger breakpoint in your code right after the call to container.Verify().
  • Run your program in the Visual Studio debugger and wait till the breakpoint is hit.
  • Move the mouse cursor over the variable that holds the Container instance and unfold the node in the debug view that pops up.
